We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Technical Supervisor role. Supervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works .
Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications .
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution.
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing & commissioning activities .
Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures .
Maintain daily progress reports and site records .
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control .
Requirements
- BE/B-Tech in EEE
- Diploma in Electrical
