Technical Strategy and Architecture
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy and future scalability.
- Establish scalable architecture across systems, applications, and data platforms.
- Lead architecture design across cloud infrastructure, software applications, and data ecosystems.
- Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
Digital Factory and Development
- Establish and lead the Digital Factory operating model for efficient and collaborative development of the new platform.
