Job Overview
Infinite pl seeks a Commercial Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead the F&O, CRM, and Billing systems.
The role involves leading a cross-functional squad, driving enterprise solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
The candidate must have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Billing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial (F&O, CRM, and Billing) squad to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- Own the commercial roadmap and prioritize initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of enhancements, implementations, and production support.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to the squad while promoting Agile best practices.
- Manage squad capacity, work allocation, and performance to achieve delivery objectives.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
