Job Summary
Support successful project delivery through project initiation, planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, costs, and invoicing activities with project and finance teams.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards.
- Support portfolio reporting and contribute to continuous process improvement.
