- Define the long term technical roadmap, architecture, and governance standards for the global enterprise BI platform ecosystem
- Architect robust, scalable, and highly performant semantic layers, data marts, and data models optimized for complex analytical querying
- Establish platform governance, data lineage tracking, and rigorous security access controls across all BI environments
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on BI tools, guiding data engineers and warehouse architects on optimal data warehousing structures
- Solve complex performance bottlenecks by tuning heavy SQL queries, optimizing dashboard render times, and configuring server/node allocations
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
- Partner closely with executive business leaders, product managers, and operations heads to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical solutions
- Design and oversee the deployment of executive level dashboards and high impact predictive analytics capabilities
- Evangelize a data driven culture across the organization, fostering self service BI capabilities while maintaining core platform integrity
Requirements
- Over a decade of proven expertise in BI and data visualization
- Experience defining BI technical standards and architecting high performance data models
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- Strong SQL skills and experience tuning queries
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines

Job Description
- We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Technical Specialist – Business Intelligence to champion the evolution of our enterprise BI ecosystem.
- With over a decade of proven expertise you will serve as the principal architect and strategic lead for our data visualization reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- In this role you will define BI technical standards architect highperformance data models govern platform security and mentor engineering teams.
- You will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructures and executive leadership turning raw enterprise data into highly performant actionable business strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- Define the longterm technical roadmap architecture and governance standards for the global enterprise BI platform ecosystem.
- Architect robust scalable and highly performant semantic layers data marts and data models optimized specifically for complex analytical querying.
- Establish platform governance data lineage tracking and rigorous security access controls across all BI environments to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations eg GDPR CCPA.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert SME on BI tools guiding data engineers and warehouse architects on optimal data warehousing structures eg Star Schema Snowflake Schema.
- Solve complex performance bottlenecks by tuning heavy SQL queries optimizing dashboard render times and configuring servernode allocations.
