- Lead a team of .NET and React developers to deliver high quality applications
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver solutions
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and Microservices
- Implement integration solutions using messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ
- Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization
- Support production deployments and resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Lead leading development teams
- Strong hands on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and React.js
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, Microservices, and integrating applications through API Gateway
- Experience with event driven architectures using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture
- Hands on experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and performance optimization
- Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile development practices
- Ability to perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
