• Essential skills:
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity
• Experience managing and coordinating networking or connectivity projects in a delivery or professional services context
• Proven client‐facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with customer technical and non‐technical teams
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements concurrently
• Effective problem‐solving skills and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations during technical delivery
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with API and SDK‐based integrations
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML
• Exposure to application‐level integrations as part of customer onboarding or implementation projects
