Technical Services Executive

Job Purpose To provide technical expertise and application support for footwear manufacturing, with a focus on sewing threads and structural components such as toe puffs, counters, insoles, and reinforcement materials.

The role supports customers through product trials, technical troubleshooting, and development activities while working closely with sales teams, factories, and brand development teams to ensure successful product adoption and commercialization.

· Provide technical guidance to footwear manufacturers on the application of sewing threads and structural components.

· Support factory development and production teams with material selection and process optimization.

· Conduct regular technical visits to understand production processes and customer requirements.

· Plan and conduct product trials for sewing threads and structural components in customer factories.

· Evaluate trial performance and provide technical recommendations based on footwear construction requirements.

· Support new product developments and assist factories during sampling and pre-production stages.

· Investigate and resolve technical issues related to sewing performance, material compatibility, bonding, and structural component application.

· Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve product performance and process efficiency.
