About the Role
BSL is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Specialist to design and deliver cybersecurity training programs, create awareness content, and assess training needs. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of cybersecurity experience, relevant certifications, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs
- Create and update cybersecurity awareness/educational content
- Assess training needs and evaluate current security awareness level of organizations
- Develop customized training programs tailored to different employee roles and departments
- Review and update programs based on feedback, emerging threats, or organizational needs
- Develop simulation scenarios and practical exercises
- Conduct research on emerging threats and technologies
- Monitor and report training and development metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Cyber Security field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
- CompTIA Security+
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non technical audiences

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Cyber Security field
- Required Language Proficiency in Arabic & English
- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
- CompTIA Security+
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non technical audiences
