- Lead end to end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure including test and commissioning
- Manage multiple cybersecurity solutions for delivery in alignment with project requirements
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Drive implementation of cybersecurity solutions including SIEM, PAM, Endpoint Security, etc.
- Collaborate with security architects and engineers to ensure technical requirements are properly addressed and executed
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers
- Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business friendly language for senior management
- Identify, assess, and manage project related cybersecurity risks
- Ensure cybersecurity solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Manage third party security vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
- Coordinate internal and external project resources effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification
- 10+ years of experience in the field of cybersecurity
- 5+ years of experience in project management for cybersecurity projects
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross functional teams in large scale cybersecurity projects
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NCSA, QCF 2022, IEC 62443)
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead and deliver enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across multiple business, IT and OT technology domains.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cybersecurity projects, coordinating cross functional teams, aligning cybersecurity project requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure including test and commissioning.
- Manage multiple cybersecurity solutions for delivery in alignment with project requirements.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing regular status reporting to the program management team.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, PAM, Endpoint Security, Web Security Gateway, Email Security Gateway, OT/IoT IDS, NAC, NDR, Centralized Network Monitoring, Patch Management, Deception Technology, Vulnerability Management, SOAR, Sandboxing, Secure Configuration Manage
- Collaborate with security architects and engineers to ensure technical requirements are properly addressed and executed.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers.
- Translate technical cybersecurity concepts into business friendly language for senior management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project related cybersecurity risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree (good to have).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
- 10+ years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of experience in project management for cybersecurity projects.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross functional teams in large scale cybersecurity projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NCSA, QCF 2022 and IEC 62443.
- Strong understanding of network security architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud), security operations and incident response, IAM solutions, vulnerability management platforms, threat detection and monitoring technologies, and security compliance.
- Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
