- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience in technical sales, business development, engineering, or customer facing technical support roles
- Strong ability to understand customer operations and translate technical requirements into business solutions
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships within services, Oil and Gas sectors in the Middle East Region
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional and international teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

About the Role
- We are seeking a customer focused and technically driven Technical Sales Manager to support business growth through value based technical solutions and strong customer partnerships.
- This role serves as the bridge between customers, product development, and commercial teams, helping customers optimize their operations through innovative products, technical expertise, and value added services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their operational challenges, needs, and future requirements.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers by promoting engineered, value based solutions that enhance performance and create measurable value.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by demonstrating the advantages and differentiation of products and services.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, operational challenges, and emerging market needs.
- Anticipate future applications and support the development of innovative products and solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Deliver technical presentations, product recommendations, and specialized support throughout the sales process.
- Promote and support value added services, including product design, field support, inspection services, and other technical solutions.
- Support customer investigations, technical inquiries, and claims resolution processes, taking a leadership role when required.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, technical documentation, and customer focused solutions.
- Participate in the development and execution of customer specific sales strategies and business plans.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in technical sales, business development, engineering, or customer facing technical support roles.
- Strong ability to understand customer operations and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships within services, Oil and Gas sectors in Services Companies from the Middle East Region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional and international teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, OCTG, industrial products, or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of product design, engineering applications, and technical services.
- Experience supporting customer investigations, claims management, or field operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
