Role Overview
Lead technical-sales initiatives, drive business growth, and build customer relationships across manufacturing and textile industries.
Identify opportunities, manage key accounts, lead the sales team, deliver revenue growth, and support exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sales plans and achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and manage the technical sales team.
- Develop opportunities across textile, manufacturing, industrial automation, and related sectors.
- Manage relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Recommend suitable AI-powered automation and machine-vision solutions.
- Manage lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, closure, and account management.
- Coordinate project execution with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
