Technical Sales Executive – Fit-Out / Architectural Projects
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through showroom walk-ins and outdoor business development activities.
The candidate should have strong experience in fit-out, architectural products, interior solutions, or building materials, with the ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, and end clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom sales inquiries and assist clients with suitable fit-out and architectural solutions
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project sites
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals based on client requirements
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project execution
- Promote company products and services related to fit-out and architectural solutions
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and pricing
- Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in technical sales within fit-out, interiors, architectural products, or construction industry
- Experience in both showroom sales and outdoor/project sales is mandatory
- Strong understanding of fit-out materials and project sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical project requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE driving license preferred
- Strong UAE client database is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
- Strong sales closing and relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out market
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
