Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom visitors professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior solutions
- Promote the company's range of ceilings, partitions, wall cladding, doors, and other architectural products
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to secure orders
- Generate leads and identify new project opportunities
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, contractors, and developers
- Coordinate with the sales, estimation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain showroom displays and product presentation standards
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, project sales, or architectural product sales
- Experience in architectural products, interior fit out, building materials, ceilings, partitions, doors, or related construction products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Experience preparing quotations and handling sales inquiries
- Knowledge of the Saudi construction and architectural market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
