About the Role
Euro Systems seeks an accomplished Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across the organization. The ideal candidate must have 15–20 years of progressive finance experience within the Contracting, Construction, or Fit-Out industry in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Group Finance Department, ensuring efficient financial operations across multiple business units
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor project profitability, job costing, and cost control across contracting and fit out projects
- Manage Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, trade finance facilities, and banking relationships
- Oversee contract related financial matters including project billing, revenue recognition, retention, and contract accounting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead month end and year end closing processes and ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes
- Support senior management with financial analysis, business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 15–20 years of finance experience within UAE Contracting, Construction, or Fit Out industry
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, trade finance, and contract accounting
- Solid experience in project accounting, job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- In depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 15–20 years of finance experience within the UAE Contracting, Construction, or Fit Out industry is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, trade finance, and contract accounting.
- Solid experience in project accounting, job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Previous auditing experience or experience working with an audit firm is highly preferred.
- In depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or CFA.
- Experience managing finance for multi company or group structures.
- Experience working with large scale contracting or architectural fit out organizations.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay
- AED 1,300.00 AED 16,000.00 per month
