Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration (with technical sales experience)
- 3–7 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Industrial Products, MEP Solutions, Construction Chemicals, Steel, Cement, Ready Mix, Insulation, HVAC, Pipes, or related sectors
- Understanding of construction specifications and project cycles
- Knowledge of Saudi construction market and industry standards
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications is preferred

Role Overview
- The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling building materials, construction products, and technical solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project owners.
- The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical product support, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.
- Promote company products to contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government entities.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on project specifications.
- Assist customers in product selection and application requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and market developments.
- Track project specifications and ensure products are approved by consultants and clients.
- Follow up on project tenders and procurement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business Administration (with technical sales experience).
- 3–7 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Industrial Products, MEP Solutions, Construction Chemicals, Steel, Cement, Ready Mix, Insulation, HVAC, Pipes, or related sectors.
