Role Summary

  • The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department.
  • The role assists with employee onboarding, personnel records management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Support new employee orientation and induction programs.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
  • Ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.
  • Process employment contracts, renewals, transfers, and termination documents.
  • Monitor document expiry dates (Iqama, passport, licenses, certificates, etc.).

Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Coordinate monthly attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and verification.
  • Maintain records of overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Support employee benefits administration.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving routine employee issues.
  • Support employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal documentation.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower statistics.
  • Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

General Administration

  • Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
  • Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
