About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation
- Support new employee orientation and induction programs
- Maintain and update employee files and HR database
- Process employment contracts, renewals, transfers, and termination documents
- Monitor document expiry dates (Iqama, passport, licenses, certificates)
- Coordinate monthly attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower statistics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English & Arabic

Role Summary
- The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department.
- The role assists with employee onboarding, personnel records management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
- Support new employee orientation and induction programs.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.
- Process employment contracts, renewals, transfers, and termination documents.
- Monitor document expiry dates (Iqama, passport, licenses, certificates, etc.).
Payroll & Attendance Support
- Coordinate monthly attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and verification.
- Maintain records of overtime, deductions, and allowances.
- Support employee benefits administration.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving routine employee issues.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate performance appraisal documentation.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and manpower statistics.
- Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
General Administration
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
