Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide **expert technical guidance** on automotive lubricants, additives, and maintenance products to distributors, workshops, and end customers.
- Conduct **product training sessions** (theoretical & hands-on) for sales teams, dealers, and service technicians across the Middle East region.
- Perform **live product demonstrations**, including engine flush, additive applications, and lubricant performance comparisons to showcase product effectiveness.
- Support distributors and internal sales teams in **selecting the right product range** based on market needs, vehicle types, and customer requirements.
- Handle **technical queries and troubleshooting**, offering solutions related to engine performance, oil selection, and product application.
- Collaborate with **R&D and application engineering teams** to conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis in regional conditions.
- Participate in **trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events**, representing the brand and providing on-ground technical expertise.
- Visit customer sites including **workshops, fleets, and industrial clients** to provide consultation and strengthen business relationships.
- Assist in **new product introductions**, including technical positioning, training, and market rollout strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support **continuous improvement and product development**.
- Prepare and maintain **technical documentation, reports, and training materials** for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction** through proactive support, timely responses, and effective problem-solving.
- Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
