- Lead the overall HR function and align HR strategies with business objectives
- Manage end to end recruitment for manufacturing, sales, logistics, warehouse, and corporate functions
- Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal processes
- Implement employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Design and implement learning and development programs
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to support decision making
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience in manufacturing and sales workforce management is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred
