Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7 12 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Business Growth roles
- Experience in consumer internet, e commerce, marketplace, food delivery, quick commerce, mobility, or technology driven businesses
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data driven decision making ability
- Experience working cross functionally with Product, Technology, Design, and Business teams
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and business growth
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in fast paced, high growth environment

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive customer growth, business expansion, and category development for a fast growing technology driven consumer platform.
- This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Business, Product, Data, and Technology, with ownership of key growth initiatives across multiple service categories.
- The ideal candidate is highly analytical, customer centric, and passionate about solving complex business problems through data driven marketing and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
