Role Overview
Technical Reviewer responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, coordination, and compliance of multidisciplinary engineering drawings and technical deliverables.
The role supports engineering teams by reviewing drawings and submissions before they are issued to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify clashes, inconsistencies, omissions, and technical discrepancies.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, codes, client requirements, and company standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and technical teams to resolve review comments.
- Maintain revision logs, drawing review records, and quality documentation.
- Review IFC drawings, tender submissions, and technical deliverables before issuance.
- Support continuous improvement of technical review and quality assurance procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in engineering consultancy, design coordination, or technical review.
- Strong ability to interpret multidisciplinary engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or BIM platforms.
