Role Overview
COENGR is hiring an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to take ownership of BIM coordination across architecture, structure, and MEP.
The role leads multidisciplinary coordination and supports smooth model delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models at LOD 300–400.
- Lead coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural models.
- Conduct Navisworks clash detection and provide practical coordination solutions.
- Review model quality, accuracy, and compliance with ISO 19650 and UAE authority standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
- Identify coordination issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Mentor junior BIM modelers and promote best modeling and coordination practices.
- Prepare coordination reports and support BIM documentation and project deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in MEP Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of UAE MEP standards and ISO 19650.
- Experience coordinating MEP, architecture, and structure disciplines.
