Role Overview
The company is seeking an ICA and Sustainability Consultant with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
The role contributes to sustainable, energy-efficient, and high-performance building projects.
The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering, sustainability consulting, or building commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies across projects.
- Lead sustainability assessments, audits, and green building initiatives.
- Monitor sustainability performance indicators and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare sustainability presentations, training materials, and awareness sessions.
- Act as an Independent Commissioning Agent where required.
- Prepare commissioning plans, checklists, and reports.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, mechanical engineering, or building commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, green building standards, and commissioning processes.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Knowledge of energy modelling tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Preferred certifications include LEED AP, Estidama PQP, Mostadam AP, CCP, or BCxP.
