Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Requirements

• Manage multiple software projects from discovery to deployment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, including AI/LLM-driven solutions.
• Contribute to presales activities: discovery sessions, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage project timelines, resource planning, and documentation.
• Drive sprint planning, task estimation, and retrospectives while enforcing SDLC best practices.
• Review code, design documents, and guide teams on software architecture.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LangChain), and DevOps.
• Ensure proper implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and secure deployments.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines are maintained.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and deliver technical training.
• Participate in technical interviews and help with talent acquisition .
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and architectural models (Monolithic, N-tier, Microservices).
• Proficiency in at least one full-stack:
• Backend: .NET, PHP, Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Frontend: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS
• Strong in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization via Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/LLM tools, such as AI APIs, prompt engineering, etc.
• Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, or similar AI-assisted development environments for enhancing productivity, code completion, refactoring, and documentation.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop).
• Understanding of enterprise messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MuleSoft.
