Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably IT/software services.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience with international sales/outbound lead generation is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM or similar tools.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Good internet research and prospecting skills.
  • Basic understanding of software, web/mobile development, AI or technology services.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Experience selling to USA/Canada/UK/GCC clients.
  • Knowledge of AI, AI automation, SaaS, APIs or cloud technologies.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
