About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations for a 6+ month contract in Ottawa. The role requires leading end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud PLM initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation and transformation programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting
- Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support activities related to Oracle Cloud PLM
- Provide leadership across Oracle Cloud PLM modules including Product Development, Product Data Hub, Change Management, and Innovation Management
- Review functional and technical solution designs to ensure alignment with business and enterprise architecture standards
- Drive successful implementation of Oracle Redwood UX capabilities and user adoption initiatives
- Oversee data migration activities from legacy PLM systems into Oracle Cloud PLM
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into project deliverables
- Manage relationships with business users, IT leadership, vendors, and implementation partners
- Provide technical governance and oversight for Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementation programs
- 5+ years of strong experience delivering Oracle Cloud PLM projects
- 5+ years of proven experience managing global and cross functional teams
- 5+ years of strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PLM architecture and implementation methodologies
- 8+ years of experience managing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery models
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working within Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations
- Understanding of product lifecycle processes within regulated industries
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as FDA Regulations, GxP, GMP, ISO 13485, MDR

Job Description
- NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Oracle Cloud PLM to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario.
- The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM implementations and a proven track record of leading complex digital transformation programs within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries.
Key Responsibilities

Required Technical Knowledge
- Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development (PD), Product Data Hub (PDH), Redwood UX.
- Data Migration & Data Governance.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SCM Cloud Ecosystem.
- SQL and PL/SQL (working knowledge), Oracle APEX (preferred).
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Pharma/Healthcare Domain Experience.
- Understanding of product lifecycle processes within regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as FDA Regulations, GxP, GMP, ISO 13485, MDR.
Compensation
- Starting hourly range: CAD 50 to CAD 62 CAD.

- 6+ Months Duration.
