- Ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and expand opportunities across technology and cloud solution portfolio, with a focus on AWS.
- Manage and grow strategic client relationships by leveraging consultative selling, strategic planning, and account management best practices.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets, minimize client churn, maximize customer retention, and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Develop and implement account strategies that drive long term customer success.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer collaboration activities.
- Proactively identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into scalable technology and AWS cloud solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years or more of proven experience managing client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle
- Strong sales and business acumen with expertise in consultative and solution based selling
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies
- Experience working in technology sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the SMB segment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading contract, pricing, and service level agreement negotiations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) are an advantage

- Tackle customer challenges, ensure client satisfaction, and lead contract, pricing, and service agreement negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams to translate client requirements into scalable technology and AWS cloud solutions.
To thrive in this role, you need to have
- Strong sales and business acumen, with expertise in consultative and solution based selling, strategic account planning, and achieving revenue targets.
- 5 years or more of proven experience managing client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling and cross selling.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud technologies, and the ability to translate customer business needs into impactful cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of NTT DATA's technology offerings, client use cases, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to identify, develop, advance, negotiate, and close opportunities within assigned accounts and prospects.
- Experience working in technology sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the SMB segment and exposure to customers across the Middle East and Africa region.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A customer first mindset, strong problem solving abilities, and the capability to work independently in a fast paced and agile environment.
- Experience leading contract, pricing, and service level agreement negotiations.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
