- Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers.
- We utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions for our clients.

- Become a trusted advisor
- As a Technical Project Manager, from pre-sales through to integration and performance, you will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions.
- In a high-impact environment you'll be project managing, problem-solving and building close relationships with customers across many industries.
- As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product implementation, and providing customer feedback to the Product team
- Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
- Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
- Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
- Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables

- To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
- Show some experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
- Show understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures as well as project management methodologies
- Demonstrate experience in managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
- Be fluent in Arabic and English
