Overview

  • As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Establishing procedures for office maintenance, working with the landlord and contractors on facilities related issues.
  • Managing office vendor relationships, negotiate, closing and support ongoing relationships.
  • Providing administrative assistant to managers, HR and Finance departments.
  • Working closely with the site lead and support with various initiatives.
  • Planning and executing internal events including team specifics.
  • Supporting in-office customer and partner meetings, including logistics, planning and catering.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, acting as Safety Officer for the office.
  • Managing post and courier service delivery and monitoring office supplies and food inventory.
  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have relevant experience managing a busy front reception including associated administrative tasks.
  • Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
  • Have knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
  • Have fluency in Arabic and English.
