Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Gather and analyze requirements and create business requirement documents.
• Prioritize projects with product managers and executives based on company goals.
• Apply SDLC practices covering requirements, feedback, development, and deployment.
• Optimize delivery practices, resources, and performance factors.
• Manage project scope, commitments, budgets, estimation, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure.
• Own critical-incident Root Cause Analysis and progress corrective and preventive actions to permanent resolution.
• Manage multiple projects and identify opportunities for new projects, funding, and business expansion.

Requirements

• 8-10 years managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Computer Vision projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and governed AI-driven solutions.
• Experience coordinating MLOps activities including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills with technical staff, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Experience managing web, mobile, or IoT projects.
• Knowledge of JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or reporting systems.
• Cloud technologies and distributed systems experience is a plus.
• Proven delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
