Senior Product Manager (UAE)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital and web applications.
• Translate business strategy and executive priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with senior executives to understand business requirements and priorities.
• Lead product discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Work with UX/UI, architecture, engineering, DevOps, and delivery teams.
• Define user journeys, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Manage product backlogs based on business value and user impact.
• Drive development and enhancement of modern web and digital platforms.

Business and Product Delivery

• Apply procurement and operational process knowledge to product design and prioritization.
• Conduct workshops and executive presentations and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Improve customer or user experience and operational efficiency through product delivery.
• Support digital transformation and AI-enabled product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and gaps, develop project collateral, and support funding discussions.
• Identify opportunities to expand the business.

Experience and Technical Requirements

• Eight to ten years of experience managing complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and computer vision projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and governed AI-driven solutions.
• Experience coordinating MLOps activities including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and improvement.
• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Experience managing web, mobile, or IoT projects.

Tools and Platforms

• Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of big data and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of AS400, Blue Yonder, Azure, or reporting.
• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.

Delivery Expectations

• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
