About the Role

- Own end to end technology delivery across vendors, internal IT teams, environments, and production go live
- Support RFP and vendor selection activities, including technical inputs and delivery assessments
- Define and manage the IT delivery roadmap, milestones, and inter program dependencies
- Coordinate and govern multi vendor implementation teams
- Own IT risk management, environment readiness, cutover planning, and go live execution
- Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation
- Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks, standards, and controls
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure production readiness
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technology delivery
- Proven delivery experience on large scale banking IT programs
- Hands on experience with wealth or investment platform implementations
- Strong background in multi vendor delivery governance
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, environments, and release management
- Experience operating in regulated, enterprise scale IT environments

Role Summary
- The Technical Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated banking environment.
- The role leads multi‑vendor and internal IT teams to deliver solutions across environments through successful go‑live, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and cross‑region alignment.
