  • Review customer specifications and project requirements under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
  • Assist with the review of 3D models, general arrangement drawings, and manufacturing drawings.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure engineering files are properly organized and stored in project folders.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer deliverables and technical documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, procedures and technical reports.
  • Support Purchasing, Project Managers, and Project Engineers in sourcing activities and collection of technical information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering documentation, workflows, and project execution processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • CPI - Eligible for registration with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
