  • Join a global supply chain team supporting critical projects in the energy sector.
  • Work in a dynamic supply chain environment by supporting communication with international suppliers and developing practical skills while demonstrating initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Assist in the Purchase Order (PO) process by preparing drafts, updating order details, and ensuring accurate, timely follow‑up under buyer supervision.
  • Help track outstanding items and issues, supporting buyers in identifying gaps, delays, or missing information in the supply chain.
  • Update procurement and production tracking tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date for the team.
  • Support logistics tasks, such as preparing shipments, booking carriers, tracking parts sent to suppliers, and maintaining related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional team members, embracing daily challenges and contributing to teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain, Engineering or Business program or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
