Key responsibilities
- Translate organizational priorities into executable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Lead complex cross-functional programs from definition and planning through delivery and adoption.
- Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and execution risks across teams.
- Build roadmap reviews, reporting, escalation paths, and success metrics.
