Job Summary
Lead delivery, integration, testing, and commissioning of enterprise network infrastructure, AV, Unified Communications, and IP telephony solutions.
Support a large-scale technology transformation program in the UAE through technical leadership, interface management, and multi-vendor delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead network, AV, Unified Communications, and IP telephony workstreams and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control.
- Coordinate network services, communications systems, technical interfaces, capacity, availability, resilience, performance, QoS, and security requirements.
- Manage contractors, OEMs, vendors, consultants, and system integrators and review designs, implementation plans, migration strategies, and integration specifications.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, integration and performance testing, commissioning, UAT, migration, cutover, and acceptance.
- Coordinate operational readiness, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and transition into support operations.
- Report progress, risks, dependencies, vendor performance, and required decisions to senior management.
