Role Overview
DXC Technology is seeking a senior Windows Image Creation Engineer – L3 for its Modern Workplace and Modern Device Management function in the UAE.
The role provides advanced engineering, automation, technical ownership, and L3 support for Windows endpoint build, provisioning, and device-management capabilities.
Windows Image and Build Engineering
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize standardized Windows 11 enterprise images and endpoint configurations.
- Own image engineering standards, reference builds, configuration baselines, image versions, and build lifecycle processes.
- Integrate drivers, firmware, applications, security configurations, language packs, updates, and enterprise settings into approved builds.
- Lead Windows upgrades, endpoint modernization, hardware refresh, and image lifecycle initiatives.
Modern Device Provisioning
- Engineer provisioning through Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and OSD.
- Maintain task sequences, Autopilot profiles, configuration policies, deployment workflows, and provisioning standards.
- Support migration from traditional imaging to modern cloud-based provisioning and device management.
- Manage hardware compatibility, driver packages, firmware, OEM requirements, hybrid endpoints, and Entra ID joined devices.
