Role overview
DXC Technology is seeking a Windows Image Creation Engineer – L2 for its Modern Workplace and Modern Device Management function in the UAE.
The role supports engineering, creation, maintenance, testing, and deployment of standardized Windows endpoint images in a large-scale environment.
The engineer will build secure, reliable, and standardized Windows configurations across enterprise endpoints.
Windows image engineering
- Build, configure, maintain, and update standardized Windows 11 enterprise images and endpoint configurations.
- Create deployment standards, build processes, configuration baselines, and reference configurations.
- Integrate drivers, security configurations, applications, updates, language packs, and enterprise settings.
- Support image refreshes, operating system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and endpoint modernization.
Provisioning and deployment
- Configure provisioning with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and Operating System Deployment technologies.
- Maintain task sequences, deployment profiles, configuration policies, scripts, and automated provisioning workflows.
