Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager will lead execution across vehicle hardware, autonomy systems, firmware, and enterprise software.
This is the company's first technical program management hire and will establish structure for complex multidisciplinary engineering programs.
The role coordinates mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams across development and integration activities.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the integrated master schedule for hardware, software, and product deliveries.
- Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across hardware, firmware, and software teams for current and next-generation platforms.
- Track milestones, manage risks, and drive resolution on blockers.
- Align requirements between engineering, product, and customer teams.
- Facilitate syncs, status reporting, and planning sessions.
- Maintain documentation for visibility and execution.
- Support new vehicle generations, enterprise software upgrades, and firmware iterations.
