Job Summary
Technical Program Manager role leading delivery of ELV, ICT, physical security, and smart technology systems within a large-scale transformation program in the UAE.
The role coordinates technology workstreams, contractors, OEMs, and system integrators to deliver a fully integrated environment.
Workplace
- The role is based on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
Program Delivery
- Lead delivery from design and procurement through implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, governance, and vendor performance.
- Coordinate ELV and smart systems including CCTV/VMS, access control, BMS, structured cabling, AV, digital signage, public address, IoT, and ICT infrastructure.
- Manage technical interfaces across ELV, ICT, networks, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, and integration platforms.
- Oversee FAT, SAT, system integration testing, commissioning, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, training, documentation, and operational transition.
