DXC Technology is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Applications in the United Arab Emirates.
The role leads complex enterprise application workstreams within a large-scale technology transformation environment.
The position provides end-to-end delivery leadership across implementation, modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and transition.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise application workstreams.
- Own program plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate application, architecture, integration, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, and vendor teams.
- Manage the application lifecycle from requirements and design through implementation, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage dependencies across applications, APIs, integrations, data migration, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
- Govern third-party application vendors and system integrators against scope, milestones, and quality standards.
- Drive resolution of complex technical and cross-workstream delivery issues.
- Ensure application solutions comply with architecture, security, governance, and quality standards.
- Provide executive-level reporting on delivery status, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
- Ensure effective transition and handover into business-as-usual support operations.
