Technical Program Manager 5

Partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Support, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations.

Drive cross-functional action plans to address reliability issues impacting customer productivity.

Facilitate technical reviews and align stakeholders on priorities, schedules, ownership, and execution plans.

Provide supporting data to drive structured root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

Identify recurring failure mechanisms and coordinate long-term corrective actions with engineering teams.

Influence product design, serviceability, maintainability, and operational improvements that positively impact customer uptime.

Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Prepare and deliver executive-ready presentations summarizing availability performance and key initiatives.

Support customer-facing reviews and escalations related to equipment reliability and productivity when required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related technical discipline.

12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Reliability Engineering, Product Support, or related fields.

Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or other highly technical industries.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience driving programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
