Technical Product Manager

The Position

Key Responsibilities

• Product Direction: Own the quarterly roadmap, establish a strict Business Requirement Document (BRD) process for all change requests, and triage client feature requests within 5 business days.
• Engineering Management: Manage the tech team directly by enforcing a 1-week sprint cadence, overseeing code reviews, implementing structured deployment processes, and governing bug triage.
• Client Engagement: Run product discovery calls with enterprise clients independently, provide feature walkthroughs during onboarding, and estimate timelines and man-days for custom developments.
• Knowledge Building: Create institutional memory by documenting architecture, writing integration guides for SSO and HRMS, and maintaining a known issues log.

What You Need to Bring (Requirements)

• 8–12 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in a technical PM or TPM role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing engineers, setting sprint goals, and holding teams accountable to timelines.
• Technical fluency enabling you to read code, understand architectures, and grasp API integrations, SSO/SAML, and data pipelines.
• Strong UI/UX experience and the ability to provide substantive design feedback using Figma or equivalent tools.
