Design and manage end-to-end outbound workflows: data sourcing → enrichment → sequencing → CRM → tracking

Integrate and automate tools (Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.) to create scalable outbound infrastructure

Ensure clean data flow and minimal manual intervention across systems

Identify and operationalize buying signals (e.g., hiring trends, funding, tech stack changes, intent data)

Continuously refine ICP, target accounts, and segmentation logic based on performance insights

Build and maintain high-quality, dynamic prospect lists

Create and optimize high-conversion outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

Run A/B tests across messaging, targeting, and channels

Continuously improve reply rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline quality

Own key outcomes: meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates

Track and analyze campaign performance across the funnel

Build feedback loops between outbound efforts and sales outcomes
