MIS Lead

Key Responsibilities

• ● Manage the daily work of the assigned telecalling team.
• ● Allocate calling lists and explain the priority for the day.
• ● Track calls, follow ups, pending cases and completed cases.
• ● Check whether the data entered by telecallers is complete and correct.
• ● Maintain daily MIS in Excel or the company system and share reports on time.
• ● Follow up on old or pending retailer and dealer records until there is a clear status.
• ● Identify cases that need support from the field team, operations team or manager and escalate them quickly.
• ● Listen to sample calls and guide team members on call quality, data collection and follow up.
• ● Help new telecallers understand the process, script, reporting format and daily targets.
• ● Monitor attendance, discipline and productivity of the team.
• ● Coordinate with internal teams so that information collected through calls is used for the next action.
• ● Keep records ready for weekly review and explain major gaps or delays.
