The role
The Technical Product Manager bridges consumer e-commerce, unit economics, and modern AI.
The role owns the product roadmap and prioritizes features that improve revenue, conversion, and buyer value.
The manager works closely with engineering and data teams to deliver customer-focused products.
Core responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize high-impact features.
- Apply e-commerce, unit economics, and AI knowledge to product decisions.
- Design and run A/B tests, personalization experiments, and conversion-rate optimization initiatives.
- Manage Jira backlogs and feedback loops from grooming through production deployment.
- Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Use LLMs, prompting, and AI workflows for prototyping and product development.
- Improve buyer experiences across ticketing and live entertainment journeys.
