Overview
- In this role, you will be the technical heart of our sales process, ensuring our solutions perfectly align with customer needs.
- Solution Design:
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions based on our OSS/BSS product portfolio.
- RFx Management:
- Lead and coordinate the technical response for RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and pricing.
- Product Evangelism:
- Conduct high-impact software demonstrations and lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, collaborating closely with Production and Implementation teams.
- Seamless Transition:
- Oversee the early stages of implementation (analysis and concept) to ensure a smooth hand-over from the sales phase to the project delivery team.
- Market Presence:
- Act as a brand ambassador at major industry conferences and workshops, contributing to technical marketing content and speaking in front of large audiences.
