- Sales of cutting edge IT solutions dedicated to wealth management and banking sectors across the region
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of high profile financial institutions and family offices
- Delivering strategic presentations, workshops, and complex commercial offers to decision makers in English and Arabic
- Monitoring market trends, competitive movements, and regulatory changes within the GCC wealth management landscape
- Achieving set sales targets and expanding market share from the Dubai hub
- Active pipeline management and reporting of commercial activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Key Account Management in IT or enterprise software solution sales
- Proven track record in the banking sector, preferably selling into Private Banking or Asset Management
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills (C level readiness)
- Deep understanding of the fintech & IT landscape
- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and investment tech needs
- Fluent knowledge of both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and proactive Regional Key Account Manager to join our specialized Financial Services team based in Dubai.
- You will be deeply embedded in our Wealth Management & Private Banking business unit, driving software and digital transformation across top tier financial hubs.
- If you possess an extensive network within the UAE and GCC financial sectors, speak fluent Arabic and English, and want to spearhead digital innovation in the wealth management space, this challenge is for you.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Key Account Management in IT or enterprise software solution sales.
- Proven track record in the banking sector, with a strong preference for experience selling into Private Banking, or Asset Management institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills (C level readiness).
- Deep understanding of the fintech & IT landscape.
- Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and investment tech needs.
- Goal oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high value, tailored solutions.
- Excellent, fluent knowledge of both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is strictly required for high level business negotiations.
