Candidate Profile

• Proven professional experience in the Middle East region (UAE and/or KSA is essential)
• University degree in Law, Administration, International Relations, or Management
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Polish will be considered a significant asset
• Ability to read, understand, and verify legal documents, contracts, and financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of economics, accounting principles, and HR/payroll processes
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and high ethical standards for handling sensitive corporate documents

Your Responsibilities

• As the Head of Administration and Proxy, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Tax & Compliance: Managing monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) and quarterly VAT reporting for Comarch Saudi Arabia, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines to avoid penalties
• Insurance Management: Overseeing health insurance policies in the UAE and KSA; managing applications for employees and their families, including individual signing and stamping of dozens of documents
• Legal Documentation: Reviewing and signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) across all business sectors
• HR Administration: Managing employment contracts and addendums for over 30 employees in Dubai and Riyadh; overseeing the End of Service Benefits (EoSB) and Final Settlement process
• Banking & Finance: Representing the company at BNP Paribas; signing orders for new bank deposits and providing necessary certifications (including physical delivery of documents to Riyadh when required)
• Corporate Representation: Signing audit-related documents and new sales service agreements across all sectors
• E-Government Systems: Approving official operations via Saudi government platforms on behalf of the company
• Facility Management: Negotiating office leases and managing office space in the UAE and KSA (e.g., Alkhobar); supervising office maintenance and cleaning services
