Responsibilities
- Maintain operational and technical proficiency in well testing services to meet client requirements
- Work with Section Manager to develop and implement location strategy and targeted sales plans for assigned clients
- Analyze revenue, equipment, personnel, and HSE objectives continuously, taking corrective action where needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and regular contact with assigned accounts
- Travel to job sites regularly to audit processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design, execute, and evaluate jobs personally, delivering best in class service
- Step into supervisory or management capacity as needed, including people, equipment, and inventory management
- Deal directly with clients in a combined sales and technical capacity, presenting solutions
- Participate in proposals and tender preparation, and contribute to competitor intelligence gathering
- Take ownership of assigned clients' receivables and DSO, from FST preparation through to collection
- Cover the duties of the Service Leader during leave or rotation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science
- 2 years' prior experience as a Field Engineer III
- Completion of QHSE training requirements
- Fluent English, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Self starter with strong problem solving and analytical ability
- Genuine customer centric mindset

Role Overview
- One of our key customers, a leading oilfield services organization with operations across the Middle East is looking to add an Operations & Technical Engineer to their UAE based team.
- This is a hands on role with full ownership of a specific client's operation — designing, executing, and evaluating well testing jobs to a high standard, while building strong day to day client relationships and stepping into a supervisory capacity when required.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining operational and technical proficiency in well testing services to meet client requirements
